What We Do
We offer coaching, consulting, facilitation, mediation, training and legal advice. We wear many hats.
We provide external, independent, impartial assistance to individuals, groups, organizations, and government entities that need help working with others to address, manage, or resolve matters of mutual concern. Our work generally involves coaching, consulting, facilitation, mediation, or training that positions Klancy Street clients and their partners to walk away feeling good about the results they achieved.
Occasionally, more formal legal advice is needed. We provide that too.

We design and facilitate multi-party dispute resolution processes.

Who We Serve
We serve a wide variety of clients, including organizations such as schools and universities; systems across educational, nonprofit, business, and government environments; communities comprising family, friends, neighbors, or others; as well as litigating parties.
Our Process
While every situation is unique, we offer a range of services to meet your needs. In general, our dispute resolution process involves a consultation call to determine your unique needs, discovery with each involved party, and our team's design and development of a resolution framework.
From there, we move into collaborative resolution with all parties involved via facilitated dialogue, mediation, and/or written agreements, followed by recommendations for program and policy adjustments moving forward if needed.
Why Klancy Street is Unique
Klancy Street is a collective of professionals with a spectrum of specializations to meet your needs. Our team will design and facilitate a customized process based on your situation.
