Project Lead

Kelly Gryniewicz (she/her), L.L.M.S.W., serves as the Project Coordinator for STARRSA Programs and Services at Klancy Street and a clinical therapist in the state of Michigan. In her therapeutic work, Kelly supports adolescents and young adults seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sex, intimacy, gender, and related concerns.
Kelly’s involvement with STARRSA began during her time at the University of Michigan, where she served in the Sexual & Gender-Based Misconduct Response Programs as both Program Assistant and Program Lead. In these roles, she facilitated the STARRSA AP program for students, developed and updated educational materials, and trained new program facilitators.
Kelly holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Michigan, where she also completed a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. In 2025, she earned a certificate in Sexuality Education and Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program.
