Christina Jeong

STARRSA Facilitator

Christina Jeong serves as the Equity Services Manager in the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office at Baylor University. With nearly a decade of experience at Baylor, she began as the case manager, providing support to parties and helping them navigate their options. She established and developed the office’s Adaptable Resolution process and led the institution’s implementation of the STARRSA program. In her current role, Christina oversees and facilitates both processes while leading a team of case coordinators, managing the office’s intake process, and ensuring the provision of support and resources. She has also served on the McLennan County Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT) and Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). Prior to her time at Baylor, Christina served in various roles providing mental health services in an underserved community, supporting international students as they adjusted to new environments, and mentoring youth and college students through formative life experiences. Throughout her professional career, she has worked to foster spaces of growth, restoration, and resilience – where individuals are both challenged and supported. Christina holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and counseling. She lives in Waco with her family and friends who have become family. She enjoys reading and (is learning to enjoy) running.
