About Jenny Winkler, PhD, MPH
Jenny Winkler is a public health professional, facilitator, mediator, and educational consultant dedicated to building healthy communities and transforming conflict. She earned her doctorate in public health with a focus on conflict management as a strategy for health promotion.
Through her work with the National Conflict Resolution Center, she partnered with school districts to integrate restorative practices across systems and programs. As Director of Restorative Justice, she oversaw restorative justice work in K-12 schools, in prisons, on college campuses, and in the broader community. She now collaborates with school districts and campuses to provide professional learning that strengthens welcoming school communities, supports constructive conflict engagement, and advances data-informed continuous improvement. In addition, she supports international health research partnerships.
